This series of highly flexible shielded control cables is specifically designed for industrial automation applications, suitable for dry, damp, and humid environments (not for outdoor use). The cables feature a tinned copper braided shield with a coverage rate of up to 85%, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference and stray frequencies to ensure stable and accurate signal transmission.
The product complies with multiple international standards such as CEI, EN, and VDE (e.g., CEI 20-20/13, EN60332-1, etc.), and offers flame retardancy (IEC 60332.1), low-temperature resistance (static range: -40°C to +70°C), and high insulation resistance (20 MΩ·km). It is suitable for signal transmission, process monitoring, and instrument connections in industrial equipment, machinery, and control systems.
The cable structure utilizes fine oxygen-free copper conductors (VDE-0295 Class 5), PVC insulation, and a PVC sheath. The cores are color-coded according to standard specifications and support configurations ranging from 2 to 60 cores with cross-sections of 0.5-2.5mm². With a small bending radius, the cables are flexible and durable. They are widely used in factory automation, production line monitoring, measurement equipment, and signal control systems.
